Shipping

We currently need 3-4 weeks to make and ship your wig due to having a high backlog of customer orders we have to fulfil.

We offer rushed processing if you need a wig urgently. You can opt for rushed processing when checking out (1-2 weeks lead time).

• Delivery is made between Monday -Saturday (except Public Holidays) and all order are shipped out with Royal Mail, DHL Express or FX Priority depending on your location.

• All deliveries are tracked. You will receive a tracking order via email once your order has been dispatched.

• A signature is required for delivery to be made.

• If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted, the courier will re-attempt delivery the following working day.
  

UK Deliveries

• Delivery is made within 1-2 working days, once your order has been dispatched.

• All orders are sent out via DHL Express or Royal Mail.
  

International Deliveries

• Delivery is made within 2-4 working days, once your order has been dispatched.

• All orders are sent out with either DHL Express or Fedex Priority Shipping

*Orders may be subject to customs charges depending on where you are located. We are not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

We will provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We ship all orders out requesting a signature on delivery to avoid any issues of lost packages.
