Delivery
We currently need 3-4 weeks to make and ship your wig due to having a high backlog of customer orders we have to fulfil.
We do offer rushed processing if you need a wig urgently. You can opt for rushed processing when checking out (1-2 weeks lead time).
Where possible, we will always aim to being construction of your unit within 3-5 days of receiving your order. Your orders cannot be changed after that; all sales are final.
Delivery is made between Monday and Saturday (except Public Holidays) and all order are shipped out with Royal Mail, DHL Express or FX Priority depending on your location.
All deliveries are tracked. You will receive a tracking order via email once your order has been dispatched.
A signature is required for delivery to be made.
If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted, the courier will re-attempt delivery the following working day.
UK Deliveries
Delivery is made within 1-2 working days, once your order has been dispatched.
Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail’s 1st Class Signed For service.
International Deliveries
Delivery is made within 2-4 working days, once your order has been dispatched.
Your order will be sent out with DHL Express.
We will also use FX Priority (for overnight shipping) for orders requiring quicker delivery.
*Orders may be subject to customs charges depending on where you are located. We are not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
Haven’t received your order?
We will provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, with an estimated delivery date. If you have not received your order within a week of receiving your tracking number, please email us at jennifer_craig@live.co.uk.
We ship all orders out requesting a signature on delivery to avoid any issues of lost packages. Wigsbyjenny will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels as a result of alternative delivery instructions that have been provided to the courier.
